Embrace icon

Family Preservation provides intensive, in-home support to help families prevent child abuse and neglect, keep children safely in their homes and reunify families when children have been placed in foster care or removed from the care of a parent or custodian.

Our team helps families address challenges, strengthen relationships and create safe, stable home environments.

understanding reunification

When children have entered foster care, reunification with their family is pursued when it can be achieved safely. Our team works alongside families and referral sources to help parents and caregivers make progress toward the goals established in their service plan and prepare for a successful transition home.

When reunification with a parent is not possible, we may also support relatives and other caregivers as they work to provide children with safe, stable and lasting family connections.
